Kids at risk is a child-centred, community-based protection program that aims to build safety, resilience, well-being, and respect for children’s rights. This program is introduced to help ensure that children living in volatile areas are safe, more resilient, their well-being enhanced and their rights respected. The main outcomes of the program are:
- Children have improved access to basic social services such as Health, Nutrition and Birth registration.
- Parents take care of the well-being of their children.
- All children have access to and are retained in a quality educational system.
- The risks for (S)GBV, recruitment of armed forces and child labor are reduced.
