In our program, we actively involve community members in the design and implementation of their development processes in order to enhance participation and ownership towards food and income security. Through self-help groups and overarching CBOs, we support families to jointly work on social and economic improvement of their situation. Our key activities:
- Facilitation and coaching of self-help groups.
- Strengthening of overarching CBOs on fundraising, lobby and networking.
- Training of community volunteers on health-related public service delivery.
- Capacity building of water resource management committees (on water catchment, resource management, treatment, purification and storage).
