How to make a difference in the life of a child and
Prevent Child Abuse:

Educate yourself about child abuse.

Find ways to emotionally support and encourage isolated and struggling parents and children in your community.

Talk to your neighbors about looking out for one another's children.

Donate clothing, household items and toys for use by another family.

Volunteer your time for the Parent Aide Program and other child related programs in your community.

Consider monetary assistance to a family in need.

If you suspect abuse may be occurring call 1-800-96ABUSE.
